Now Back in the United Kingdom near Gloucester for refitting.
It is a very strong steel ocean going yacht.

Heads with sea toilet and shower room on port side.
Single cabin / storage area on starboard side.

Stanchions and guard rails are survivable but to make the best of the yacht could be replaced with stainless
The work could cost £6,000 - £10,000
The Boat Yard considered £10,000 could leave one with some money to spare.
Depending how much one does oneself and how much you wish to do.

It was very rare for boats of this size to come up at this price.
So very worthwhile project
The construction was extremely strong
He suggested steel work would cost about £2,000, The boat yard, could do it for about £3,000
Surveyor considered their to be 2 / 3 years life left in the standing rigging

Bruce Roberts yachts have an excellent reputation as seaworthy blue water cruisers.
Winches, stern gland, propeller, anchor and chain, sails, rope, and some accessories, have been removed for servicing or storage
But a list can be drawn up
Its an opportunity to get an ocean going yacht at a relatively low price and lay it out as you wish.
